Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the terms and conditions for using Bosla ERP's cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software-as-a-service platform ("Service"). This policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

2.1 Illegal Activities

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal business practices
  • Facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crimes
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents

2.2 Harmful Content and Activities

  • Transmit, store, or process any content that is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous
  • Distribute malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code
  • Engage in phishing, spamming, or other deceptive practices
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
  • Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Store or process content related to illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited items

2.3 System Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service

2.4 Data Misuse

  • Access, use, or disclose data belonging to other users without authorization
  • Collect or harvest personal information from other users
  • Use the Service to store or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws
  • Export or transfer data in violation of export control laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to process data for purposes not authorized by the data owner

2.5 Commercial Misuse

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to compete with Bosla ERP or develop competing products
  • Use the Service for benchmarking or performance testing without permission
  • Use free trial accounts for production or commercial purposes beyond the trial terms

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

When using the Service, you should:

  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Ensure that all data you upload is accurate and legally obtained
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the Service in a manner that does not interfere with other users
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity to us
  • Keep your account information up to date

4. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, quality, and legality of all data you upload or process through the Service
  • Obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and consents before uploading data
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service and data complies with applicable laws
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of your data

5. AI and Automation Features

Our Service includes AI-powered features (The Four Compass AI Agents) that automatically capture, process, and analyze data. When using these features:

  • You must ensure that data sources you connect are authorized and legal
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-processed data
  • You must not use AI features to process data in violation of privacy laws
  • You must not use AI features to create or distribute misleading or false information
  • You acknowledge that AI processing may not be 100% accurate and should verify critical decisions

6. Enforcement and Violations

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor your use of the Service to ensure compliance with this AUP
  • Investigate any suspected violations of this policy
  • Suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate this AUP
  • Remove or disable access to any content that violates this policy
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
  • Take legal action to protect our rights and the rights of other users

We may, but are not obligated to, provide notice before taking action. In cases of serious violations or illegal activity, we may take immediate action without prior notice.
