Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs refunds for subscriptions to Bosla ERP's cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software-as-a-service platform ("Service"). This policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscription fees are available under the following circumstances:

  • Within 30 Days of Initial Purchase: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage limits during this period.
  • Service Unavailability: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to our error, we will refund the overcharged amount.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions renewed after the initial 30-day period
  • Add-on services, custom development, or professional services purchased separately
  • Fees for data export, migration, or other one-time services
  • Subscriptions cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after the initial purchase

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account information, subscription details, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available as described in Section 2 of this policy.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Your account and data will be retained according to our data retention policy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Prorated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period. Prorated refunds are calculated based on:

  • The remaining days in your current billing period
  • The original subscription price
  • Any applicable discounts or promotions

Prorated refunds are subject to our discretion and are not guaranteed for all cancellation requests.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
  • Pursue collection of the disputed amount and any associated fees

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Changes to Pricing and Plans

If we change our pricing or plan features, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You may:

  • Continue with your current plan at the existing price (if available)
  • Upgrade or downgrade to a different plan
  • Cancel your subscription and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion (if eligible)

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.

We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.
